1. Payment Terms: Clients must pay 50% of the total project cost in advance before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion.
  2. Project Scope: The project scope, deliverables, and timeline will be agreed upon before starting. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and required details promptly. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.
  4. Revisions & Changes: Tamil Nadu Digital provides a limited number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  5. No Refunds After Project Start: Once the project begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  6. Intellectual Property: The final website design and development belong to the client once full payment is received. However, Tamil Nadu Digital retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
  7. Liability: Tamil Nadu Digital is not responsible for any losses due to website downtime, hacking, or third-party service issues.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the project if the other party fails to meet their obligations. In such cases, any payments made are non-refundable.
