At Tamilnadu Digital, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering the best possible web solutions. However, in situations where a client is dissatisfied, we have outlined a transparent and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy clearly states the conditions under which refunds may be considered and how clients can initiate a cancellation request.


Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project or service, they must send an official request to:

⚠️ Please note: Cancellation requests made via phone calls, WhatsApp, or any other medium will not be accepted or processed.

Once we receive your email request, our team will carefully review your concern and respond with the next steps. If the issue is found to be on our end, we will provide a resolution or initiate internal action within 7 working days.

If no reply is received from our side, it may imply that the request did not meet our policy terms and is considered invalid.


Payment & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies depending on the nature and stage of the service. Please refer to the individual Service Agreement provided at the time of project confirmation for exact terms.

🛑 General Refund Conditions:

  • If the client cancels the project, Tamilnadu Digital does not guarantee a full refund.

  • Refunds are evaluated based on:

    • Signed contracts or email approvals (physical or electronic)

    • Project stage at the time of cancellation

    • Resource allocation (designer, developer, project manager)

  • Payments made to third-party services (like hosting, domains, or plugins) are non-refundable.


Refund Eligibility Table

Within 24 hours of payment ✅ 90% Refund 10% will be deducted for gateway and accounting charges.
Within 2–3 days of advance payment ✅ 50% Refund Resource allocation starts immediately, hence partial refund only.

Acceptable Grounds for Refund

Project delivery delay ✅ Up to 50% Refund Validated only after reviewing all communications and internal reports.
Technical errors (hosting/domain) ❌ No Refund We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party vendors.
SEO performance ❌ No Refund If ranking targets are not achieved, we’ll work extra 2 months without charging, but refunds will not be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

    • Reason for refund

    • Service name and payment details

    • Copy of the signed agreement (if available)

Our finance and operations team will analyze your request and respond with the outcome or next steps within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment source.

  • Tamilnadu Digital reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any refund, if approved, will be issued after deducting applicable transaction charges.
